Yes, you can supply your own blanks, though it's not preferred. Please note that Burnt By Bray is not responsible for any damages that occur to customer-supplied items during the production process. We recommend letting us source the blanks to ensure the best results.

Yes! For custom orders, Bray will share a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Just mention it when you reach out.

Most custom orders are completed within 7–10 business days from the time your order is confirmed and artwork is approved. Need it sooner? Reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Larger orders may take a bit longer depending on quantity and complexity. When you submit your quote request, include your deadline and Bray will let you know if it's achievable.

There's no minimum for most products — you can order as few as one! The only exception is screen printing, which has a minimum of 25 pieces. The more you order, the better the pricing gets, so bulk orders are always encouraged.

Yes! Burnt By Bray ships internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. If there is a defect or error on our end, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

The preferred formats are .AI (Adobe Illustrator) and .EPS, as these are vector files that give us the cleanest results. We also accept .PNG, .SVG, .PDF, and .JPG. If you only have a low-resolution image, reach out and we can discuss options.
